Privacy & data policy
1. Controller
The controller of your data is El Club del 1+ (foundation being incorporated), based in Medellín, Colombia. Contact: hola@clubdel1.org.
2. What we collect
- From donors/members: name, email, and the amount and frequency of your contribution.
- From payments: processed by Wompi. We do not store your card or account details — only the transaction reference and status.
- From browsing: basic technical data to run and improve the site.
3. How we use it
To manage your contribution, send your confirmation and impact reports, connect you with the beneficiary you fund, and communicate with you about the Club. We never sell or rent your data.
4. Processors & third parties
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Wompi (payment gateway), Cloudflare (infrastructure and email), and our transactional email provider, each under its own security terms.
5. Beneficiaries' data
The data of female heads of household is handled with informed, signed consent. It is shown only to the members who fund them, and always anonymized or aggregated in public views.
6. Your rights (Habeas Data)
You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@clubdel1.org. We will respond within the legal timeframes.
7. Retention
We keep your data while you are a member and for as long as accounting and legal obligations require; afterward it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version will always be published on this page.
