Terms & conditions
1. Who we are
El Club del 1+ (foundation being incorporated) operates this site to pool member contributions into a monthly basic income for female heads of household. Contact: hola@clubdel1.org. By using this site or making a contribution, you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the contribution
Your contribution is a voluntary donation, not a purchase of goods or services and not an investment. It carries no economic consideration, ownership stake, or financial return. How each contribution is split (today 65% to the mothers, 35% to operations) is explained in the Transparency section and may change over time — always published there.
3. Recurring contributions
If you choose a monthly contribution, you authorize recurring charges of the chosen amount until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by writing to hola@clubdel1.org; charges stop from the next cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of contributions already charged.
4. Refunds
Given their nature as donations, contributions are non-refundable, except for a charging error (an amount or frequency different from what you authorized) or a duplicate transaction — write to us and we'll review it.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Wompi, under its own terms and conditions. We do not store your card or bank account details.
6. Tax-deductible receipt
We do not currently issue tax-deductible donation certificates: the foundation does not yet hold Special Tax Regime (RTE) status with the DIAN. We will update this text and the site once we obtain it.
7. Use of the site
The content of this site (text, brand, design) belongs to El Club del 1+ and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend access for anyone using the site fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
8. No guarantee of specific outcomes
We share evidence and impact tracking in good faith, but we cannot guarantee specific individual outcomes for each beneficiary — her situation depends on factors beyond our control.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Medellín.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page.
